Meet The Team

STEWART GLASS

Stewart Glass was brought up on his family farm in Loughgall and has been involved with Ambassadors since 2006. After completing Cycle for Hope Africa in 2010, he felt called to the ministry and has been working with Ambassadors on a part-time basis. He now balances his love of football, mission, and the farm in his role as director of the Ireland office. His vision is to see local, national, and international communities impacted through football outreach.

DEREK LIVINGSTONE

Derek Livingstone has been involved in Sports Ministry for 13 years and has been working as a full time volunteer with Ambassadors Football for the past three years. He is from Ahoghill, a village just outside Ballymena and is married to Caroline. They have two boys, Harry who is 9yrs old and Max who is 5!

Since coming to faith at 29yrs old, God has shaped his life through various experiences as he seeks His will for his life. Derek says “God has shown me as I have stepped out in faith and offered myself to Him, how I can share the good news of the gospel through something as simple as football.

I have experienced Gods spirit compelling me and giving me a burden and passion to reach those He has put in my life though the “beautiful game”.
